Alle Downloads bei uns befinden sich im Downloadbereich.
Alle Dateien dort sind archiviert. In der Regel werden die Formate Zip und Rar verwendet. Windows hat eine eingebaute Archivfunktion, jedoch ist es komfortabler ein Tool wie das kostenlose 7-Zip zu verwenden. Damit läßt sich wunderbar einfach entpacken.
Bitte achtet auf die Beschreibungen im Downloadbereich, es können unter Umständen Teilarchive vorhanden sein. Achtet darauf, daß alle Teile vollständig heruntergeladen werden.

Sind die Sims3Packs nun im Downloadordner, startet den Launcher. Klickt auf den Schalter Downloads, dann seht ihr die Liste. Wählt eure DL aus und klickt auf installieren.
Das kann jetzt eine ganze Weile dauern. Also nicht ungeduldig werden.
Nach Abschluß der Aktion, klickt ihr in dem Infofenster, daß sich geöffnet hat OK.
Im Launcher erscheinen dann nach kurzer Zeit die Symbole für Installiert.
Nun den Launcher ausmachen und die Sims3Packs aus dem Downloadordner entfernen. Am besten irgendwo sichern.
Nun noch zu den Collection-Files. Diese sind entsprechend gekennzeichnet. Diese Files kommen in den Ordner: C:\Users\Name\Documents\Electronic Arts\Die Sims 3\Collections\User
Einfach dahin entpacken und fertig.
Nun werdet ihr im Spiel diese Kollektion rasch finden. Damit entfällt das mühselige Suchen eurer neuen Inhalte.
Danach könnt ihr euer Spiel wie gewohnt starten.
